Update on Nova Healthcare
On 28 September 2021, it was announced that Aspen Healthcare has reached agreement to sell their 50% stake in Nova Healthcare back to the original stakeholders. Following the agreement, the original shareholders at Nova Healthcare will again own 100% of the Clinic.
Nova’s overriding interest is that patients continue to receive safe, effective and high-quality treatment. It remains business as usual at the clinic, with no disruption to services.
If you are a patient and have an appointment to receive treatment or care, this will go ahead as planned and you can expect the same high-quality healthcare from Nova Healthcare.
