Macmillan Centre

Through our unique collaboration with Leeds Cancer Centre within St James’s University Hospital, we ensure that our patients benefit from access to the latest technologies and therapies and are cared for by consultants who are world-renowned cancer specialists.

This strong relationship with our neighbours and other organisations means we are able to refer Nova patients to The Sir Robert Ogden Macmillan Centre, which offers a variety of free supportive therapies and services for patients, their family members and carers.

The Sir Robert Ogden Macmillan Centre offers:

  • a Macmillan information centre as well as complementary therapy
  • a team of staff and trained volunteers who can talk you cancer services
  • a relaxing garden area.

Macmillan information and support centres are free to use and you do not need to book an appointment to visit.

They can provide help with:

  • managing the effects of cancer treatment
  • how cancer impacts on your daily life
  • financial support
  • emotional support.

More information on the Macmillan centre can be found here.
