Nova shortlisted for 2021 UK Employee Experience Awards
Nova Healthcare has been shortlisted in two categories of the prestigious 2021 UK Employee Experience Awards (UKEXA) through parent company Aspen Healthcare:
- Employee Experience in a Crisis – Overnight Transformation
- Health and Wellbeing of Employees
Aspen celebrated a double Gold win in last year’s UKEXA awards and will be hoping to repeat the feat this time around. The company won Gold in the ‘Delivering Customer Experience’ and ‘Employee Training and Development’ categories in 2020, beating stiff competition from the likes of Care UK, McLaren Automotive and Haines Watts.
The winners of the 2021 awards will be announced at a virtual ceremony in May.
