Dr Carmel Loughrey is a Consultant Clinical Oncologist at Leeds Teaching Hospitals Trust, where she specialises in the treatment of brain tumours and metastatic disease using the Gamma Knife.
Dr Loughrey is actively involved in research and is co-investigator in a number of neuro-oncology clinical trials. She also has an interest in policy development and is a member of a number of national and European reference groups which specialise in neuro-oncology for both children and adults.
