Maggie’s Support Centre
We know that coming to terms with cancer can have a significant emotional impact on the person, as well as their relatives and carers.
At Nova Healthcare our multidisciplinary team works to provide the very best clinical care.
We also work with partner organisations at St James’s University Hospital to provide additional care too. For example, our partnership with Maggie’s Centre Leeds enables us to refer patients to the charity so people can get all the extra information they need.
Maggie’s Centre Leeds is only a short walk from Nova Healthcare, and the charity offers information about how treatment will affect you, emotional support and practical advice. It’s also a place to meet other people going through the same thing.
The Maggie’s Centre can be found opposite the Bexley Wing next to the multi-storey car park. More information on the centre can be found here.
