Nova Healthcare accepting cashless payments only

As of 1 May, Nova Healthcare will no longer be accepting cash payments for any procedures, including consultations, diagnostics tests and treatment.

The change is in response to the Covid-19 pandemic and is intended to reduce the possible spread of the infection by banknotes and coins. Nova has experienced a decline in the use of cash by our patients in recent years, with the majority of people preferring to pay online using credit or debit cards.

We are confident that the change to remove cash-based transactions will maintain safety at Nova, reduce queues and improve customer service and overall efficiency.

We accept payments by cheque or bank transfer. Payment must be received in full prior to admission.
