If you are dissatisfied with or have a complaint about any aspect of our service, please bring this to the attention of a member of our staff who will endeavour to resolve it immediately.

All correspondence relating to complaints will be acknowledged within 48 hours and a full, response provided following investigation of your concerns.

Complaints About Treatment or Clinical Care

All issues relating to patient treatment or clinical care are reviewed, actioned and managed by our Medical Advisory Committee.
