Clinical Quality and Governance

At Nova Healthcare, we are committed to providing an exceptional service to our patients, with a focus upon clinical quality and patient safety.

We have recently published our first Quality Account for 2016-17, through which we will actively monitor our performance against clinical quality, governance and safety standards.

This is a working document, which allows us to identify areas for improvement and is reviewed on an ongoing basis by our Quality Governance Committee.

Nova Healthcare and Leeds Gamma Knife Centre is a member of the trade association for independent hospitals, AIHO (the Association of Independent Healthcare Association). AIHO represents over 200 hospitals that provide services to insured, self-paying and NHS-funded patients. AIHO works with the Care Quality Commission to influence, impact and represent the high standard of quality care members provide patients within an independent healthcare setting.
