CQC Report

Who are the CQC? 

They are the independent regulator of health and adult social care in England. They make sure health and social care services provide people with safe, effective, compassionate, high-quality care.

Why did they rate us Good?

The CQC rated Nova Healthcare as ‘Good’ in all four of their key questions they ask of every service relating to relating to safe, effective, caring and well led.

The summary of the CQC report into Nova concluded that our private clinic is:

“a very well led service with a clear vision that was known to all staff and patients. The culture of the organisation was open and collaborative with strong internal and external relationships. All the feedback we received from patients and staff were extremely positive. The response to individual needs and preferences was exceptional in that it provided care that met individuals’ needs and preferences. Radiography services were provided by the local NHS provider clear via service level agreements.”

What happens next?

We are very proud of this result and all the hard work put in by our staff in order to provide first class care to our patients. We will continue to strive for an overall rating of Outstanding.
